Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Kalonmist. We strive to provide you with the highest quality perfumes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Unopened and Unused: Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
• Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or [phone number] to initiate a return.
2. Obtain Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the RA#. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Refunds:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item(s).

Exceptions:

• Sale Items: Sale items are typically not eligible for returns.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.  

Additional Notes:

• Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +92 334 2222 703 and send your item to the address we’ll tell you via email or WhatsApp.
